即瀏覽器和伺服器結構。它是隨著Internet技術的興起，對C/S結構的一種變化或者改進的結構。在這種結構下，用戶工作界面是通過WWW瀏覽器來實現，極少部分事務邏輯在前端(Browser)實現，但是主要事務邏輯在伺服器端(Server)實現，形成所謂三層3-tier結構。這樣就大大簡化了客戶端電腦載荷，減輕了系統維護與升級的成本和工作量，降低了用戶的總體成本(TCO)。以目前的技術看，區域網建立B/S結構的網路應用，並通過Internet/Intranet模式下資料庫應用，相對易於把握、成本也是較低的。它是一次性到位的開發，能實現不同的人員，從不同的地點，以不同的接入方式(比如LAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet等)訪問和操作共同的資料庫;它能有效地保護數據平台和管理訪問許可權，伺服器資料庫也很安全 。特別是在JAVA這樣的跨平台語言出現之後，B/S架構管理軟體更是方便、快捷、高效

法背景說明
個人BS法又叫個人頭腦風暴法、個人智力激勵法。BS是英文Brain Storming的縮寫。這是一種將頭腦風暴法應用於個人領域，提高個人創造性的方法。
頭腦風暴法是由美國創造學家AF奧斯本於1939年首次提出，1953年正式發表的一種激發創造性思維的方法。通過學習並掌握這種方法，可以大大激發人的靈感，發明許多具有創造性的事物。
□ 方法大意
個人BS法是將奧斯本頭腦風暴法用於個人領域，以提高個人創造性能力的方法。它實質上是列舉法、二元坐標連時法和焦點法的綜合運用。
□ 具體操作
1． 列舉法。
即將自己認為有必要的東西，經充分想像後，全部列舉出來。這是個人BS法的第一步驟。
比如說，把家庭中一般最常見的物品列成一個單子，越多越好。
例如：①桌子②椅子③電視機④電扇⑤冰箱⑥壓力鍋⑦影碟機⑧日歷表……
2． 二元坐標連對法。
那將用列舉出來的事物分別標在橫坐標和縱標上，然後將其一一配對，看結合起來會產生什麼新構想。
打△的表示一般無法產生新構想的結合，打○的表示可產生新構想的組合。如以椅子為例，依次可產生如下構想：①②形成帶椅子的桌子；②③形成裝在椅子上的電視機；②④形成帶電扇的椅子……
然而，首先上述構想並不是唯一的構想，如②③還可構想成可當作椅子的電視機，椅子形狀的電視機等等，思路越廣越好，構想多多益善。
其次，通過二元坐標連對法得出的新構想不一定都能產生實際的效果，但這些構想對激發靈感有巨大的作用。另外判斷一個新構想要從可行性、經濟性、時間性等多個角度綜合考察，既不能輕易否定，又不能輕易採納。
再次，個人BS法進行到二元坐標連對法時，會產生一個明顯的特點，就是如果要對特定的東西加以研究，很難得出一個固定的研究主題。個人BS法的下一步焦點法解決了這一問題，使個人BS法更具有實用性，更趨完善。
3． 焦點法。
前面說過，列舉法在構思創造新事物的時候，因所考慮的項目太過復雜，沒有一個固定的研究主題，而且，所依據的只是物與物的組合而已，因此在思考上，很難發揮出應有的聯想。
如果要創造一個跟原物風貌完全不同的事物，使個人BS法具有真正的實用性，有必要使用現在所介紹的"焦點法"。
焦點法和列舉法不同之處在於思考開始前，就必須決定要創作的目標，即焦點，然後根據這個目標來進行思考。也就是說，要把思考的焦點定位在一個已經決定好的目標上。比如，我們把目標定位為：新款式的椅子。也即椅子作為思考的基礎。接著隨便拿出一個會變的東西，在此，我們姑且以"肥皂泡"來試試。
把椅子和肥皂泡結合在一起，然後開始構想椅子的新款式，而這就是焦點。
我們把思考過程分成兩個階段。
第一階段：椅子和肥皂泡組合。
椅子和肥皂泡組合，將肥皂泡具有的特性融入椅子的設計中，可產生以下構想：輕而薄的椅子，球形的椅子，可飄浮的椅子，在陽光照耀下的可呈現各種顏色的椅子，充氣的椅子，有許多球形組成的椅子……
第二階段：椅子和肥皂沫的變體聯想相結合。
將肥皂泡經過聯想法聯想後，再與椅子的設計組合。
如肥皂泡-球形-桔子-球形水果-水果-果實-開花-花朵-花香-香味-香水-女人-女明星-明星-電影-
……
思路越廣越好。然後將它們與椅子組成看能否構成新設想。
如思路發展到果實-花朵時，就可以以花為模型設計椅子，可把椅子設計成鮮花式樣，或帶鮮花的椅子，或把椅子腿設計成鮮花狀等等。
又如思路發展到香味-香水時，可設計帶味的椅子，買一把椅子送一瓶香水等。
再如思路發展到女人-女明星時，可設計專門適合女性的椅子，有明星肖像或簽名椅子……
焦點法的主要部分在於第二階段。
第一階段的思考方式相當於一坐標僅有一個元素的二元坐標連對法。只有在第二階段時，想像力才既自由發揮又具有針對性，使人類豐富而強大的聯想力與設計或創造的終極目標相結合。
□ 實施要點
1． 不必擔心自己的想像能不能實現，這是以後的事。在聯想時，任何想像都是受歡迎的，即使自己認為是荒謬可笑的想像也請記錄下來，它可能使你成為一名偉大的發明家。
2． 想像重量不重質，越多越好。
3． 使用二元坐標連對法時，要橫縱兩軸均作為側重點。如④⑧組合，可有兩種類型，一種是帶電風扇（功能）的日歷表，另一種是帶日歷表（功能）的電風扇。這是從兩個不同側重點考慮的結果。
4． 焦點法第二階段的好處是可以為聯想提供一條思考的線索。
為了產生好的構想，就有必要讓想像力更充分更自由地發揮。但是過程想自由發揮，往往不見得可聯想到很多東西。所以在用焦點法時，可以先提供可供為聯想的線索，如形狀、顏色、氣味等等，然後再強制意識根據這些線索去聯想。
5． 個人BS法強調的是三種方法合理恰當的綜合運用，讀者應在實踐中學會如何綜合使用它們。
