这个固定格式我到是没有，不过以我个人写了也算不少的影片笔记来说的话，我一般是这样的：1、片名（中文和英文） 2、影片的发行公司、上映日期、导演、编剧（如有获得奥斯卡我会注明） 3、写影片的大体内容（在你今后看的片子越来越多时，你翻起来会方便你回忆） 4、写写观后的感受，是影片的阵容特效豪华，还是它的故事内容触碰了你心灵深处，总之想到什么就写什么，不必在呼语言结构性，对于烂片最好也能说出烂在哪里，然后“大骂特骂”都可以写（注意语言文明，毕竟说不好以后别人会拿去“欣赏”） 5、这点可写可不写，影片中哪个片段，哪句话是的所喜爱的。以上就是我的影片笔记格式咯！看起来复杂，其实写起来很少，而且对于觉得很好的片子，你会情不自禁的写上个2,3页都是正常的，希望对你有所帮助

2012 is a 2009 disaster film directed by Roland Emmerich. The film stars John Cusack, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Amanda Peet, Oliver Platt, Danny Glover, Thandie Newton and Woody Harrelson. It was distributed by Columbia Pictures. Filming began in August 2008 in Vancouver.
The film briefly references Mayanism, the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar, and the 2012 phenomenon in its portrayal of cataclysmic events unfolding in the year 2012. Because of solar flare bombardment the Earth's core begins heating up at an unprecedented rate, eventually causing crustal displacement. This results in an onslaught of Doomsday event scenarios plunging the world into chaos, ranging from California falling into the Pacific Ocean, the eruption of the Yellowstone National Park caldera, massive earthquakes, and Megatsunami impacts along every coast line on the Earth. The film centers around an ensemble cast of characters as they narrowly escape multiple catastrophes in an effort to reach ships in the Himalayas, along with scientists and governments of the world who are attempting to save as many lives as they can before the disasters ensue.
I think,it will be, for its audiences, one of the most satisfactory films of the year and it really can be called the "mother of all disaster movies".

有个澳大利亚电影叫《Mary and Max》，中文名字叫《玛丽和马克思》。我非常喜欢。很忧伤，也很幽默，可以说是让观众在泪光中微笑吧，而且很有哲理，引人深思。非常符合楼主的要求——动画，而且励志。
我抄了别人的一段影评贴在下面，引文出处请见“参考资料”。另外楼主可以自己在网络上面输入关键词“玛丽和马克思影评”，一搜可以搜出来一堆。豆瓣上面也有该电影的剧情介绍。因为只能贴一个“参考资料”，我就不能把豆瓣的地址也引用了。这个电影超赞的，网友综合评分9.0，是我生平看过的最好的动画电影。

《玛丽和马克思》，黑白影像的画面外加泥土粘制的人偶的简陋粘土动画片，土得掉渣却蕴含无尽哲理。看惯了大银幕上飞檐走壁的动画电影，再来看《玛丽和马克思》，没有所谓的3D技术，没有程序输入就能做表情的高科技，银幕上所有的一切，只能用“土”来做解释：片中所有人物，都是用泥土捏制完成，虽然影片的形式是稚拙的粘土动画，但影片涉及的却是沉重的话题：关于自杀、酗酒、死亡、性和精神疾病。故事充满了黑色而怪诞的幽默感。

这段对白我反反复复的重复看了很多遍。两个原本没有任何交集的两个人，一个生活在墨尔本一个生活在美国，却因为一个偶然的机会开始了通信，他们很相似，爱吃巧克力，喜欢noble动画，都住在城市孤独的角落，极度缺爱，都没有什么朋友，鲜有笑容，在旁人眼里他们古怪难以接触，玛丽因额头的胎记而生性自卑，马克思患有精神病终日与虚构的朋友和金鱼相伴。跨越了地域局限在虚拟世界的相遇让他们找到了最了解自己的人，他们不停的通过信件倾诉着自己对于社会、爱情、友情、性和精神世界的看法和理解，并不断的向对方介绍自己的喜好和经历，诉说着自己平时无法说出口的一切并且互相安慰，一段真挚的友谊就这样的升温，等对方的信成了两人生活中最值得期待的事情，信一封又一封，在倾斜寒冷的世界里两个人“拥抱”在了一起，成为了彼此世界里最忠诚的依靠。44岁的马克思的经历要丰富一些，所以当玛丽提到一些敏感词的时候，马克思就如同被击碎一般，嘴巴像被订书器钉上一般说不出话，“你有被戏弄过么？”，“你有过爱么？做过爱么？”，这一句句带着天真的疑问像刀子一般把隐藏在马克思记忆深处的痛苦挖了出来，让马克思焦虑的同时不得不再次重新面对自己，他仿佛在玛丽的身上看到了自己的童年，看到了自己蠢到不行的青春期悸动。而在马克思的心像被放进洗衣机被绞烂的时候，屏幕前的你又是否有所触动呢，玛丽的疑问你能解答么？你是否也感同身受？脱下你的西装，是否也有几道伤疤？成年人都有一座自以为坚固的堡垒，成熟世故已然攻其不破，唯有纯真才能令其轰然倒塌。年幼的玛丽暗恋邻居，渴望爱情，但却一次次被爱所伤，她对马克思说“我知道爱情让我痛苦不堪所有我不想尝试了，我想爱情并不是为我而准备的”，她的一生充满了变故，她失去了父母，失去了爱人，最后险些连马克思这个朋友都失去了。但最后马克思还是原谅了他，因为马克思坚信他没有选错这个朋友，他也只有这么一个朋友，而就在玛丽几乎对生活绝望的时刻，也正是这个老朋友的原谅，让她重新站了起来，原来这匆匆而过的20年，两个人的友谊早已被打磨的坚不可摧，这甚至胜过了玛丽所拥有的爱情甚至亲情。 友情其实是在寻找另一个自己，因为只有自己才不会背叛自己。
你的人生有裂缝吗？有多少条？还是很整洁？我想每个人的心里都有一个小或大的黑洞，只是有的外露，有的深藏。在这漫长又短暂的困惑的人生中，如何才能找到自我，不是所有人都能象Max和Mary 一样能找到这世上另一半相似的灵魂。接受自己的缺点，面对这个世界和他人的缺点，用一颗包容的心来原谅，来感受，也许，这样我们能活得更容易一些。
影片最后，当玛丽带着自己的小baby找到马克思的时候，他坐在椅子山安详地离去了，对面的墙壁上全是玛丽写给他的信，一封封被熨烫平整，贴在墙上。
