len，本名Luce Caponegro，1966年生于意大利罗马拉齐奥区，是一位石油工业家之女，自小接受的是艺术、舞蹈、骑马等教育。

但是Selen骨子里是一个叛逆的女人，18岁即与第一任丈夫Fabio Alobnetti私奔，住到一个连热水都没有的贫民社区里，两年以后加入AV业界。

Selen后来自述，她之所以加入AV行业是出于自己对性爱的狂热追求和对社会世俗理念的反抗。
