孩子們開始時並不懂事，經常與春雲鬧不合，在春雲孜孜不倦的教導中，他們一點點地成長起來。但是，奈何春雲的舅舅不學無術，教壞了其中一個孩子志強。

春雲為了讓志強回頭，不顧一切幫助他，以自己的生命為代價，教會了他做人的道理。最後，一家人圍在春雲的病榻前，悉心地照顧著自己的母親。
