1. 有關《肖申克的救贖》電影

這是我自己搜集過的資料以及寫下的一些體會 我也很喜歡這部電影

這是一部很有深度的影片，可以稱得上是永恆的經典，其中所探討的內容，無論在任何時代都將是不過時的話題，涵蓋了很多現代人很少思考的問題，對我而言，是一部讓我思考、給我力量的影片，像《海上鋼琴師》、《勇敢的心》、《泰坦尼克》等一樣的頂級巨制，傷感卻不絕望，悲憤卻依舊優美，綜合了網上的一些內容和自己的看法對影片作了一個簡介，希望更多的人可以看一看這部發人深省的片子。

內容簡介

看過《肖》的人都知道其實這部電影講述的並不是一個多麼氣勢恢宏的故事；恰恰相反，他說的是在美國某監獄中某個犯人越獄逃跑這樣一件看起來有些微不足道的事情。但非同尋常之處在於它關注了監獄中犯人們（其實也就是在現代社會中時常感到迷惑、無助甚至絕望的每一個人）的心靈，細致的講述了他們生活的種種瑣碎，講述了他們是怎樣為著虛無縹緲的希望或快樂或痛苦，講述了他們是怎樣在像死水一般絕望、不可救葯的監獄中作著最為無力卻又最為頑強的掙扎；最重要的是影片在後三分之一的部分以近乎一個驚喜的方式讓觀眾看到了彌足珍貴的光明。這不再是一個英雄的時代，這個時代遍地都是在人生的迷霧中艱難地踱著步子的人們。因此像這樣一部能夠細心而又貼切的撫慰人們心靈的片子理所當然地受到了人們的歡迎。所以我認為《肖》最為成功之處在於題材上的恰到好處，我願意將它說成是一部關注人們心靈的經典，他讓每個人都可以在片子中找到自己的光榮與夢想，又都可以看到自己的孤獨與無奈。

第一次是他幫助獄警HADLEY逃稅，為獄友贏得每人3瓶啤酒的獎勵。 「We sat and drank with the sun on our shoulders, and felt like free men. We could'a been tarring the roof of one of our own houses. We were the Lords of all Creation.」... 「You could argue he'd done it to curry favor with the guards. Or maybe make a few friends among us cons. Me, I think he did it just to feel normal again...if only for a short while.」 這時，你看到了T.Robbins第一次露出笑容。畢竟，自由總是最快樂的，同時也代表一種自我價值的實現。每個人都有這種需要，使自己有重要感。

I like to think they were singin' about something so beautiful it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it.」...「I tell you, those voices soared. Higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to dream. 「I killed her, Red.」... 「I didn't pull the trigger. But I drove her away. That's why she died. Because of me, the way I am.」當談及以後的打算時，經過近40年的煎熬，red顯得很沮喪（並且如果你比較20年、30年、40年這三次聽證，你會發現 M.Freeman表演的細膩之處）。 「I couldn't hack it on the outside. Been in here too long. I'm an institutional man now. 這里不得不提一下的是，逃獄前後的片段處理得很好。red總是擔心andy會自殺。面對絕望，有人選擇死，因為這意味著一種解脫－－導演在這里也有引導觀眾往「死」那個方向想的傾向，似乎是想和觀眾開個玩笑－－但對於那些真正想獲得自由的人來說，會選擇另外一條路，一條真正通往自由的路。
第四次，就是安迪成功的越獄，開始了新的生活，這一節有著一種基督山伯爵般的復仇成功的酣暢淋漓的快感，將典獄長交付法律，終於懲惡揚善，完全是好萊塢式的結局，浪漫主義發揮到了極致，也讓觀眾的心湧上一種滿足和感動。

That's far enough，直譯是 夠遠了（far 可以是指事件發展的深度），這里的意思就是「夠了」「到極限了」「別繼續了」，如果這電影是英文的話「把衣服穿上」其實是一個更好的翻譯，雖然不是原譯但是意思絕對達到了。
